Exit or Intercept Surveys are a great way to get feedback from a larger sample of guests at a reasonable cost. Professional survey contractors conduct exit surveys of your guests as they leave your facility using a smart phone. This quantitative approach is often used to acquire overall guest satisfaction ratings, gauge effectiveness of advertising campaigns, survey guests about possible improvements or large capital expenditures. A response rate of approximately 50-75 respondents per day (surveyor onsite for 6 hours) can be expected. To achieve a 95% confidence level with a 5% margin of error 370 surveys would need to be conducted.

We also suggest the distribution of some type of coupon as a thank you for the respondent’s time to generate additional good-will through the process.

Web or Phone Surveys can also be implemented using POS receipts to drive responders. The surveys are customized for each client.
