Amusement Advantage Offers Promotion to Celebrate Milestone Anniversary

New service offers a 2015 “Year in Review” of online reputation

Tuesday, December 29, 2015

Amusement Advantage is celebrating its 20 year anniversary in January of 2016. Since 1996, Amusement Advantage has served only the Attractions Industry, with a focus on helping its clients further understand how their guests are experiencing their attraction. During this time, Amusement Advantage has gained a reputation in the industry as the leader in mystery shopping, and guest experience solutions. “It’s been an amazing ride serving and being a part of this great industry. I can’t want to see what the next 20 years brings!” shared Founder and CEO Scot Carson.

In 2015, Amusement Advantage appointed a Director of Business Development to expand the scope of offerings. One of the new programs, the Public Feedback Analysis, provides an intensive look at TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews, and thoroughly analyzes the overall health of an attraction’s online reputation. To celebrate 20 years in the industry, Amusement Advantage is offering a “Year in Review” that will process through every review posted in 2015. This report will reveal the highlights and trends that guests experienced over the course of the year, and provide a wealth of recommendations that each attraction can take to improve the guest experience in 2016.

“Research shows that nearly 90% of all guests are highly influenced by online reviews when deciding whether they should visit an attraction or not,” said Joshua Liebman, Amusement Advantage’s Director of Business Development. “By gaining a clear understanding of the overarching concerns, attractions can then focus their energy and their spending in the right direction, to improve the areas that need attention. Once the improvements are made, the online complaints are reduced and there tends to be a much higher ratio of positive to negative comments. As a result, more guests are persuaded to visit. This directly affects the attraction’s attendance.

In celebration of 20 years in the industry, Amusement Advantage is offering the Public Feedback Analysis – 2015 Year in Review at a 20% discount through January 31st. Regularly priced at $5,000 for a full year’s analysis, attractions can now save a full $1,000 on the report. This service is available to any amusement or theme park, water park, family entertainment center, zoo, museum, and aquarium, anywhere in the world.

Liebman continued, “Analysis and action can help make more guests become satisfied to the point where they become raving fans and promote the attraction, providing an exponential ROI.”
